SEAL OF COMPANY

Seal of company includes: (i) sculpted seal; (ii) digital form seal under regulations of law on electronic transaction.

• A new acceptance related to digital form seal proper with modern economic development.

Company has the right to decide (i) kind of seal; (ii) quantity of seal; (iii) formality and (iv) content of seal of company, branch, representative office and other Units such as business location. Etc.

• The business location of the company entirely has the right to use seal upon the decision of company.

For using and managing seal under the regulations of the charter of the company or internal handbook of company, branch, representative office or other units where directly use seal promulgated.

• Charter of the company or internal handbook can write as follows: (1) kind of seal; (2) size of seal; (3) quantity of seal; (4) content of seal; (5) rights and obligations of person in charge and others.

Seal uses for company’s transaction under the law of Vietnam.

• For better understanding, in case it is regulated by Law, company must be used seal for that transaction. So, if other transactions beyond the law, it will not lose the value if there are not use the seal.
